Hospice is...dedicated to helping each patient reach an acceptable level of physical, emotional and spiritual comfort while encouraging them to remain alert, active and independent for as long as possible.

Community Hospice Care is dedicated to providing compassionate, quality physical, emotional, social, and spiritual care to terminally ill patients, their family, and their support systems.

Attention to needs are addressed by an interdisciplinary team consisting of the patient, family as defined by the patient, Physicians, Registered Nurses, Social Workers, Chaplain, Home Health Assistants, Volunteers, Pharmacists, and other disciplines required by the individual’s plan of care.
